I’m not going to lie.

I’ve been struggling these past few days with all of the news and advisories about COVID-19. I have caught my brain frantically running towards the rabbit hole of doom and gloom, which usually leads me to the fridge or the pantry.

My brain instantly wants to forecast everything bad that could happen and tell me that we are going to be homeless and die! That is my brain’s favorite ending to every story.

But I am happy to report this is not the case right now. Or at least…when it starts to head in that direction…I am able to catch it and redirect it!
