Each morning I have been writing my daily goals in my journal. Yesterday I had hoped to squeeze in a walk but due to office work, I couldn’t get away. BUT- it was such a positive day for me without snacking on junk that I wanted to have some JOY last night so i sat down to watch the evening Hallmark movie 🙂 and during the commercial breaks I would ride our stationary bike! I got extra 30 minutes of movement in, enjoyed my movie and felt better!
Also, something I have learned this week is changing the way I say something! So, here goes:
I no longer “want to lose weight,” I AM LOSING WEIGHT! I am down 4 pounds since November 1.
