When we think of habits…we tend to focus on the habits that don’t work for us (bad/unhealthy habits)…and typically when we do this, we judge ourselves – and end up feeling guilt and shame for “not being perfect”.

And these feelings breed more “unhealthy” behaviour.

Instead…I want you to think of what you currently do that is helping you get closer to your health goal. What are your healthy habits?

I want you to think of three things right now.

Then I want you to get curious and ask yourself:
How did you start doing them?
How could you repeat them one more time a week?

Instead of focusing on the negative – I want you to focus on what is possible. This exercise has already shown you that you are already doing things that work…now…let me help you do MORE of them!
