  • If you find you don’t have enough time, it is really because you have the HABIT of not prioritizing yourself.
  • If you find you are lazy, procrastinate or self-sabotage, it is really because you have the HABIT of not honouring what you say you are going to do for yourself.
  • If you find you get stuck in confusion and indecision trying to lose weight, it is really the HABIT of focusing on food or fitness as the only factors of weight loss, not realizing your mindset is 80% of the equation.

YOUR HABITS ARE WHAT HAS CAUSED YOU TO PUT ON WEIGHT.

So in order to change your weight – you must change your habits.

You proved that YOU can change your habits!

So…next habit change is YOUR EATING HABITS.

Once you learn how to change the habits that cause you to gain weight – you will be able to get to your goal weight!
