I get it…you are not sure what September is going to look like…regular-school vrs home-school, mask vrs no-mask, Zoom vrs Teams…it’s all a little unnerving!

There are SO many unknowns.

And when you don’t have all the answers, you feel out-of-control, a little anxious and really overwhelmed.

Am I right?

And if you are like most of us, when you feel this way, you get a little stressed with the people you love and turn to food/wine to calm down and feel better.

Maybe its popcorn after the kids have gone to bed or a second glass of wine while hubby watches hockey or unconsciously munching on kids’ leftovers, just to calm the nerves of “I don’t know!”.

I get it.
