She graciously agreed to share her experience of the Stop Overeating Group Coaching Program.

In addition to Candice losing weight, she feels like she has gained freedom from overeating and the self-confidence to believe she can do what she puts her mind to.

She feels empowered!

It is SO much more than just the weight!

Why did you take the Stop Overeating Group Program?

I needed something different than just “what to do”.  I KNEW what to do to lose weight and yet I seemed to hit a wall every time I tried.  Or I would lose weight but then burnout and put it back on and then some.  This program offered a different way of learning to stop overeating and I was intrigued.

What were you feeling before you took it?  After you took it?

Before: I was feeling lost.  I was feeling overwhelmed.  I was feeling that there was some kind of barrier that I just couldn’t get passed to any type of success; sure I could push against it and it would stretch but eventually I would be snapped back to square one.

After: Literally I felt Freedom.  Relief.  It was like fresh air as I felt empowered with the tools I was given.  It is hard work, definitely is hard work but at least its progressive.  

The best thing I learned isWhat is one thing I can do today?

What has change for you?

I am still learning but the first thing that changed for me was knowing that my mind is just so good at being efficient and what causes my actions/non-actions.

What would you tell someone who is considering taking it?

Be prepared for your mind to be blown!  And it is still hard, but you learn to realize you can do hard things!  So empowering!

 

How is this program different from what you’ve tried in the past?

You’re really working on yourself.  While the program is not customized – the fact that you are an active agent in the work you are doing around your mind it instantly becomes a unique plan to you.  Not only do you do the standard meal plan, but even better you are “mind” planning.

How much have I lost:  I have lost 15lbs while it was hard; it was a very clear path.  Laurie helped me get rid of all the clutter/cloudiness surrounding weight loss for me.  I ordered this dress online as I told my husband I didn’t want a “mom” dress for our work Christmas party. Although I’ve got a ways to go before hitting my goal weight – I felt amazing! I would never have had the confidence to wear something like this before working with Laurie!
